Obama's Most Important Campaign Promise On Its Way

OK, maybe it wasn't a promise, but I definitely remember him being asked about it in an interview and agreeing a playoff was a better system.  Good thing there's nothing at all important on the legistlative branch's plate for this to distract them from.
